Use Your Talents Institutional Development Project

The aims of the Annual Conference in Antsirabe are:

  • Introduce Use Your Talents to participants that are not familiar with it
  • Experience and learn from Leaders in and around Antsirabe on how they encourage people to use their talents
  • Learn how to lead in a Use Your Talents way
  • Experience sharing and discussions related to how Use Your Talents has been or could be integrated in pedagogical institutions linked to the churches
  • Information about pedagogical tools that are developed
  • Experience sharing about how Use Your Talents could be relevant in the fight against climate change, especially through climate smart agriculture
